Denver: Union Pacific Railroad Company, 1945. 81/2x 11" Very good with folding creases. Authentic, two-page stapled, typed letter from T.M. Nelson (signed in pen) on official Union Pacific Railroad Company stationary, responding to a request from W.A. Jungk of Denver, Colorado (passenger) for the recipe and directions for entree - Sweetbreads, Hunter Style, served on Train 38 Pony Express. A separate sheet of paper on DuPont stationary gives the recipe for Nut Bread (hand written) and on the back, Peach Marmalade. In pencil is the name Ethel Jaquith.
